Maxis Goes Live on Lapasar

What happened

Two weeks of working hand in hand with the Maxis team — multiple rounds of testing, fine-tuning, and getting every detail right — ended today with Maxis officially live on Lapasar.

This is more than another client launch. Maxis is the latest onboarded onto Lapasar v6, the newest version of the marketplace, and one of the largest-scope launches on it to date: a single deployment spanning Menara Maxis and 70+ Maxis Centres across the country.

Behind the scenes

Client launches look simple from the outside — one day it's live. Getting there isn't: testing, feedback, adjustments, more testing, all pointed at one goal — making sure the experience works the way it should from Day 1, for every user across every location, not just headquarters.

That standard is harder to hit at Maxis' scale. Rolling out procurement across 70+ locations nationwide means the platform has to hold up consistently everywhere, not just in a single flagship rollout.
