Lakshman co-founded Lapasar alongside Thinesh in 2018 and has spent the years since building and running the commercial engine that turns platform traffic into durable revenue. With more than nine years of entrepreneurial experience, he brings a founder's discipline to commercial strategy: understanding unit economics, designing incentive structures that scale, and ensuring every enterprise deal is structured for long-term retention rather than one-off margin.
His revenue mandate spans three distinct go-to-market motions: direct corporate procurement deals with large enterprises and government-linked companies, FMCG wholesale distribution for brand partners who need reliable last-mile reach, and enterprise account management for Lapasar's highest-value customers. Lakshman works closely with the Client Management and Business Development functions to ensure the commercial pipeline converts at a pace that matches the company's operational capacity — a coordination challenge unique to businesses that own their own logistics and fulfilment infrastructure.
His commercial approach is grounded in long-term relationship value.
