Shalini leads revenue operations, scaling the commercial programs that compound Lapasar's GMV across enterprise and wholesale segments.
Background
Shalini leads Lapasar's revenue operations function, which sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sales execution, and the data systems that make both disciplined and repeatable. Her mandate is to compound gross merchandise value across the enterprise and FMCG wholesale segments that form the core of Lapasar's revenue base.
Revenue operations at a B2B marketplace requires a different discipline than direct sales management. Shalini is responsible for the commercial programmes — pricing frameworks, volume incentives, account-tier structures, and renewal processes — that determine how customer lifetime value accrues after the initial enterprise deal is signed. She works closely with the CRO on go-to-market strategy and with the Client Management team to ensure that revenue programmes translate into measurable, sustainable outcomes for customers.
Her team tracks the funnel metrics, pipeline velocity, and account health indicators that give Lapasar's leadership an early-warning view of revenue risk and opportunity — essential operational intelligence for a marketplace where a small number of enterprise accounts can represent a material share of total platform GMV. The revenue rigour Shalini brings to commercial programmes is one of the reasons Lapasar can make credible growth commitments to investors and enterprise partners alike.
