Fulfilment is the process of receiving, processing, picking, packing and delivering an order to the buyer after it has been placed.

Fulfilment turns an order into delivered goods. It covers inventory storage, order picking and packing, dispatch and last-mile delivery. Reliable fulfilment is what buyers ultimately experience — accurate, on-time delivery is more important to them than the elegance of the ordering system.
