Order Tracking & GRN
Every order is tracked in detail from checkout to delivery, ending in a goods-received note (GRN) that confirms exactly what arrived. That GRN is also your protection: buyers are only billed and only pay Lapasar once the GRN is completed — so you never pay for goods that haven't been received in full. No paying upfront, no chasing credits for short deliveries.
Completing the GRN also rewards the buyer: every confirmed delivery earns loyalty points, which buyers collect and track over time straight from the order — so each completed GRN both releases payment and adds to your rewards.
